Canterbury Northwestern - the relevant, reasonable, relational place to ask God questions, form friendships and work on living what you believe. Join us.
We are the campus ministry home for students, faculty and staff at Northwestern University. Not Episcopal? No problem. If you're Roman Catholic or mainline protestant, you'll find us familiar. If you're from another denomination or faith tradition, come see what we're all about. No faith at all? Come anyway. We are a diverse group of people who worship, dine, study and spend time together.
We don't have all the answers and we don't expect you to either. In fact, we don't want your answers -- we want your questions, your doubts, your participation in this crazy life of following Jesus. We are male and female, liberal and conservative, shy and outgoing, homosexual and heterosexual, deeply faithful and deeply questioning. Come to a Wednesday night dinner or a Sunday evening communion service and see where you fit in.
We can't wait to meet you!
Weekday evenings we gather at Canterbury Northwestern for food, study or fellowship.

2010 Orrington, Evanston IL
Canterbury Northwestern's house has space for dining, talking, studying and prayer. Come be with us at 2010 Orrington, located between Foster and Simpson streets, one block west of Sheridan Rd. We share a meal every Wednesday at 6, followed by Bible Study.
Sunday evenings we worship at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. John the Divine.
Worship is central to our lives!
We gather together to hear God's word, to pray, to give thanks, and to share in the Bread and Wine of communion - all which provide strength for the journey that is life.
You are invited to come and experience the transcendent nature of God, exploring what it means to worship in an Anglican/Episcopal liturgical style...... a style that allows you to participate as much or as little as you wish.
All are welcome!
